SPRING 2011: A TIME FOR ENERGETIC CHANGE

With Spring 2011 just started it is apparent that our Universe is going through a distinct phase of energetic rebalancing at this time. With the recent very physical Super Moon, the closest for several decades and Uranus having entered Aries with all its fire, passion for creating undeniable change its normal we are seeing so much transformation on every level (physical, mental, emotional spiritual).

Human kind often has reservation in adjusting to change; maybe it is the fear of the unknown. However what history has shown us that sometimes the most difficult moments people have to go through end up potentially being the most powerful times for personal growth and development. Embracing change and learning the lesson created by the event individually, as a community, country or as a planet creates a positive shift in human consciousness. Hanging onto the old through habit, fear and desperation leads to pain and suffering. By focusing on the good and the positive makes embracing change seem more effortless. Just days after the recent devastation to hit Japan I saw an image on the TV news showing a Western reporter talking about the horrors of the event whilst in the background a sole elderly Japanese gentleman appeared in the middle of a wasteland of debris with a broom and starts brushing a clearing. This showed focus, determination and an example for us all no matter where we are a true inspiration.

Old sayings hold so much wisdom. A famous English saying is “Things are never as bad as we think”. What makes them bad is the way we think- interpret them! In the seminars and trainings I give a vital part of the message to new therapists is the importance of listening to the words their clients use. Often the words clients use on a conscious level seem to be positive but at a other-than- conscious level are actually very destructive to the individual and those around them. Understanding the relationship between the conscious and other-than-conscious mind is a vital key to vitality and health.
